What is Fudo Cloud?

With Fudo Cloud you will know exactly what’s going on! We give you the power of enterprise security technology! Fudo Cloud lets you record user actions in a browser session within a selected web service like Facebook/Linkedin/Salesforce etc.. Additionally, it gives the main user the power to let  other users automatically log in to its account on a website without revealing account credentials.

Why do I need it?

We believe that no matter what safety features a website provides, human error, whether intentional or not, can lead to serious security problems. It may even get worse and you could suffer a breach. That’s why we decided to help and have built a service that can minimize such consequences and provides  proof of what happened if an account was misused. Fudo Cloud grants employees access to an account and keeps track of their actions. 

What websites can I monitor with Fudo Cloud?

Fudo Cloud allows you to monitor: Asana, Facebook, G Suite, LinkedIn, Salesforce and Twitter. In the future depending on client demand we will add more websites.

What is the storage capacity?

The storage capacity limits how much session data can be recorded in your workspace.

How much is 200 GB of storage?

The number of recorded sessions depends on what websites users visit and their activity. The higher number of graphics appear in sessions, the lower number of sessions Fudo Cloud will be able to store. For example if you scroll through Twitter for 60 minutes, that will give you an idea of how much space we offer you.

What happens if I exceed usage/data?

Once you reach the storage limit, users will not be able to log in to accounts. In order to free up space, you’ll have to delete some sessions. In the future, we plan to allow Fudo Cloud users to increase their storage space as part of their subscription configuration.

What if I need to add more accounts to monitor?

Once your Fudo Cloud workspace is configured, you can increase the number of accounts at anytime. You can do that in the My Subscription page.

Are there overage fees? If so how is this calculated?

No, you don’t have to worry about any penalty charges. 

Will my account ever be suspended?

Your account will never be suspended as long as your subscription is successfully processed,and there is no malicious activity on your workspace that violates our Terms & Conditions.

How long does it take to set up?

Your workspace should be ready for use 2 min after you sign up. There might be a brief delay due to mail delivery which we have no control over.

What kind of support do you offer?

We provide help with workspace configuration issues and fix errors when they appear. If you ever have a problem you can reach out to us via email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! We are always open to new ideas on how to improve our product so that it’s as user-friendly as you’d expect it to be.

What is an Account?

An account describes where and how to log in to a website that you want to monitor.

What is an Owner?

An owner describes a person that pays for a Fudo Cloud workspace, manages it and can watch and record sessions.

What is a Guest?

A guest describes a person that is granted access to selected accounts, e.g. an employee or an external company’s employee. It can log in to selected accounts but cannot watch recorded sessions nor change workspace configuration.

What is a User?

A user is either an owner or a guest.

What is HTTP(S) session recording?

Each time you visit a website, a browser establishes an HTTP or an HTTPS connection to a server, depending if your connection is encrypted or not. Fudo Cloud is able to establish both encrypted and unencrypted connections but we always recommend the latter. A user who logs in to an account using Fudo Cloud operates within a browser window that is recorded by a workspace. The workspace stores a recording and allows the user to watch it in real-time or play it later after a session is finished.

Security

Will my data be safe?

We make sure that your data remains safe at both communication and storage level. Each session is secured with TLS protocol. Browser context is stored in an isolated environment inaccessible from other sessions, including other users’ sessions. Session data is also stored in separate storage space that we make sure cannot be accessed by any other workspace.

Do you use any access tokens?

Users are granted access to accounts with access keys. If a key is valid, a user is asked for their own password to authenticate. In case the user logs in using Fudo Cloud for the first time, they are  prompted to configure their password.

Do you sell information to third parties?

Your privacy is important to us and we will never sell, share or pass on your information to anyone.

Free Trials

How does your free trial work?

Your free trial is active during the first 7 days of your workspace. After that time, your card is automatically charged. You can also cancel your subscription during the trial period and we won’t charge your card.

What happens to my data when the trial is over?

In case you cancel, all your data is deleted. In case you continue using Fudo Cloud, you keep all your data.

Does my free trial limit my access to features ?

No, you get only the best! You get all the features from the paid plan in your free trial.

Pricing & Payment

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes of course! You can change your plan at any time and it will be immediately activated. At the end of your current subscription period, an additional fee or a reduced fee will be deducted for a number of days remaining in the current period, depending if your monthly fee increased or decreased.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

Yes.

Are there any setup fees?

No. You pay only a subscription fee.

What discounts are available?

Currently, no discounts are available.

Refunds & Cancellations

What is your cancellation policy?

After you cancel a subscription, your workspace will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. No further fees are charged after that.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, and you can reactivate your account at any time.
